• Contact form: first name, last name, email, topic, subject and message.
• Booking request: name, company, email, phone, event type, date, city, country, venue, capacity, budget and message, together with the artist you're interested in.

Like any website, our servers may also log technical data for each visit (IP address, browser, requested pages and date) for security and operational purposes.

2. What we use it for

We use your data to:

• answer your inquiries and send you a confirmation that we received them;
• handle your booking requests: check the artist's availability, prepare a proposal and follow up;
• keep the Site secure and prevent abuse or spam.

We don't sell your data or use it to send you advertising without your consent.

Your data is only shared when needed to handle your request:

• with the artist or their representatives, when a booking request requires it;
• with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, file storage and email delivery), who process the data on our behalf;

Some pages include embedded third-party content: YouTube videos load in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Spotify, Instagram, TikTok or X players and posts may set their own cookies when you view or play them, under their privacy policies. The same applies to the external sites we link to, such as our Shopify store or ticketing platforms.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages and requests for as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of our professional relationship with you, unless the law requires a different period. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the information and trusted providers. Still, no system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
