These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website rockassonlinemusic.com (the "Site"), operated by Rockass Online Music LLC ("Rockass", "we", "us"), based in New York, United States. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. About the Site

The Site presents information about Rockass, its booking, artist management, event production, public relations and advisory services, the ROM Label imprint, its artists, news and events. This information is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• use the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or in a way that harms Rockass, the artists or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, or interfere with the operation of the Site;
• scrape or bulk-extract content by automated means without our written permission;
• submit false, offensive or spam information through the forms, or content that infringes the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks (including "Rockass Online Music" and "ROM Label"), designs and other content on the Site belong to Rockass, the artists or their respective owners, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission. You may share links to the Site's pages crediting the source.

4. Contact and booking forms

The Site's forms let you send us inquiries and artist booking requests. Submitting a booking request is not a reservation or a contract: availability, terms and fees for each performance are agreed separately and in writing with Rockass. You agree to provide accurate information and to be authorized to share any third-party data you include. We use that information only to answer your request and manage our relationship with you.

5. Events and tickets

Event information (dates, times, venues, artists) may change by decision of the organizers or for reasons beyond Rockass's control. Tickets are sold through third-party platforms, whose purchase, exchange and refund terms apply to each transaction. We recommend confirming the details with the organizer or ticketing platform before attending.

6. Store and third-party links

The Site links to third-party services such as our Shopify store, streaming platforms, social networks and ticketing platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Rockass is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Embedded media

Some pages show videos, audio or posts from platforms such as YouTube, Spotify or Instagram. When you play them, those platforms may collect data under their own policies.

8. Limitation of liability
