Kenia OS arrives in U.S. theaters with the premiere of her film “KENIA OS: LA OG”

After breaking records in her home country, Mexican pop superstar Kenia OS makes her U.S. theatrical debut with “KENIA OS: LA OG”, a dazzling production that captures the energy, dedication and artistic vision of the new queen of Latin pop. The film premieres in Los Angeles on August 29, followed by screenings in Miami, New York, Chicago and other key cities across the country.

Produced by Sony Music Vision México and distributed by Spanglish Movies, the film offers an intimate, cinematic look at Kenia OS's emotional journey before, during and after her two spectacular sold-out concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, one of the most iconic venues in Latin America.

“KENIA OS: LA OG” goes beyond the concert: it's an authentic portrait of the tireless work, the intense rehearsals, the passion and the connection with her fans. Co-directed by Ana Nube, Gastón Etchechoury and Kenia OS herself, with cinematography by Yann Puerto, the film celebrates the power of an artist who has built her own universe.

This premiere marks Kenia OS's second film, following the success of Universo K23, which was nominated for a Latin GRAMMY®, reached the Top 10 at the Latin American box office and was acclaimed at festivals such as the Cannes World Film Festival and the Berlin Indie Film Festival.

Already one of the most successful presales in Mexico so far in 2025, KENIA OS: LA OG continues its global expansion, reaffirming Kenia OS's artistic vision and cementing her legacy beyond music.
