Los Rabanes join Orqueska at the big Festival Vive Latino México 2026
Los Rabanes reconnect with Mexico through “La Rompecorazones”
New York, February 25, 2026 – Panamanian musician Emilio Regueira, lead singer and guitarist of Los Rabanes, will take part in Orqueska’s special presentation, bringing together prominent musicians and vocalists from some of the most recognized Latin ska bands on one stage.
The highly anticipated performance will take place on the main stage of Festival Vive Latino México, where the artists will perform some of the genre’s most iconic hits. The energy and signature sound of Los Rabanes will be felt on Saturday, March 14, when Orqueska ignites the stage with a powerful ska set.
The event will be held at the iconic Estadio GNP Seguros (formerly Foro Sol) in Mexico City, reinforcing its legacy as a key platform for rock, pop, indie, and emerging musical movements.
Since its creation in 1998, Festival Vive Latino has become a meeting point for major international acts such as Lenny Kravitz, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Mars Volta, La Maldita Vecindad, and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, among others, while also spotlighting emerging talent and creating experiences that transcend generations.
The 2026 edition promises a diverse lineup, innovative proposals, and top-tier production, reaffirming its position as one of the most influential festivals in the region.
“La Rompecorazones” is part of Maskara, the upcoming studio album by Los Rabanes, a project that further explores the band’s hybrid identity and will include collaborations with artists such as Jowell, Lennox, and Tony Succar.
At the same time, the band is preparing to celebrate its international tour “3 Décadas, 1 Actitud,” a special run across the United States and Latin America, officially kicking off on May 9 in Puerto Rico and marking a new stage of expansion for the group.
In this context, Los Rabanes’ presence at Festival Vive Latino 2026 alongside Orqueska is shaping up to be one of the festival’s most significant moments—not only because of their reunion with the Mexican audience, but also for the way their sound bridges the spirit of Latin rock with the urban and dance-driven pulses that dominate today’s musical conversation across the continent.
